Where can I track my order?

Once your package ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. Keep an eye on that link to follow your delivery and make sure the courier has the correct address.

You can also track your order anytime:

  • In the “Orders” section after logging into your My Adosh account

If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll get separate tracking links for each one.

I Need help placing an order?

No worries our Customer Service team can place it for you! We’ll use credit card as the payment method, and you’ll receive a secure payment link by email.

Please send us:

  • The products you’d like (quantity, color, size)

  • Your contact details (name, email, phone number)

  • Delivery address (full address for home delivery)

If you already have an Adosh account, let us know whether you’d like us to place the order as a logged-in user or as a guest.
We’ll handle your personal data with care, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, we can’t modify orders once they’re placed.
You can cancel your order  within 15 minutes of purchase (except for orders paid with a Gift Card).

If you no longer want your items after they arrive, simply return them — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
